Our Story Began With Me
“Hi, I’m Rose, your health coach. I’m all about nature. If the time is right, you might find me walking outdoors with my family, swimming in the ocean, kayaking, gardening, playing with my grandbabies, gaming online with my adult kids, being social, or travelling!”
I’m an advocate of our program because I’m a user of our program. A few years ago, I couldn’t even walk on the beach without stopping every few minutes since I was out of breath. I was overweight and unhappy.
My support group encouraged me to make a goal and I chose to be energized. It was my energized self that was my driving force to do something and I learned how to maintain it. I did something uncomfortable and walked inside a public gym. I didn’t get much exercising done, but I felt very accomplished that moment. It encouraged me to work with a personal trainer and I attended my first nutrition class. I had fun going shopping for the first time buying exercise clothes and gym shoes. I was done hiding! I took small steps, watched myself grow as a person, started socializing more and saw more friends. For the first time I knew what self-care meant and it changed me. I felt brave and now I surround myself with people who knows my priorities and have similar ones as my own.

Be Energized
Exercise is a natural energy booster, as it increases Oxygen rich blood flow to your heart, muscles, and brain. Aim for regular, short workouts, even if it’s just 15 minutes a day. Manage your stress levels, as high stress can lead to fatigue. Stay hydrated 🙂
Let’s Go
Eat a balanced diet that includes protein, whole grains, and healthy fats to provide sustained energy. Take short breaks throughout the day to stretch, move around, and get some fresh air. This can help increase energy and reduce fatigue. Now, you are on your way!
